Frankfurt Motor Show 2011: Surf Concept - A brand new design lesson Fisker

Born in nearly five decades ago, Henrik Fisker is the man behind the design offamous cars such as Aston Martin DB9, Aston Martin V8 Vantage and BMW Z8.After a held high positions within Ford and Aston Martin, the famous Danishdesigner started his own way, creating auto company of the same name.

The first and probably the most important project from Fisker Automotive, founded in 2007, is the Karma sedan - a car luxurious, environmentally friendly, proving thatpassion and ecology can coexist in harmony.

Situated on the brink of production, creation handsome American manufacturerenjoys a turbocharged petrol engine which, together with two electric motors,delivering the driver somewhere around 403 horsepower and 1300 Nm - torqueavailable yet from 0 rpm! Therefore, in Sport mode, acceleration from 0-96 km / h in just 5.9 seconds, top speed spinning somewhere around 200 km / h. That whilefuel consumption is 2.4 liters per 100 km and about 483 kilometers autonomy - of which 80 are completely covered in electricity.

But enough with the already-famous Karma - model in Europe will have a price between 85.500 and 98.900 euro. We flew to Frankfurt Motor Show 2011 to get acquainted with the latest masterpiece from Fisker, the concept Surf. First impressions? Like all models signed by U.S., and the new Surf Concept Fiskershows extremely well. As always, focus on the detail is fascinating, while the design can be considered a true work of art - Shooting Brake aspects that make youroverseas in an irresistible appearance.
